Montana Blackley
Owner, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesiologist (CRNA), Aesthetic Injector
She entered the medical field as a critical care nurse in 2009 and worked for 5 years before returning to school for her graduate degree at Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia in 2014. She has a passion for the details which has lent itself perfectly to the challenge of safely administering anesthesia as well as having an excellent understanding of anatomy, vasculature, and nervous system required to complete a comprehensive assessment and create a detailed treatment plan for your beauty goals.
When Montana started becoming interested in aesthetics she wanted to train with someone as passionate about science, research, techniques and results as herself. She found and trained at Beautiphi Training Academy with Kelly Hermans, CRNA, a nationally known aesthetic injector and trainer located in Michigan. Montana is confident in her training and is dedicated to continuing education and research in her aesthetic practice.
When not at work, Montana can be found having adventures with her husband Ben, two little girls, and their two goldendoodles. She enjoys being outside, hiking, riding her bike, reading books, and binging shows.
Lisa Krapp
Owner, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesiologist (CRNA), Aesthetic Injector
Born and raised in the Midwest, Lisa fell in love with helping people at a young age. She knew she belonged in healthcare and has been in the medical field for over 20 years. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2005, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2007, and a Masters in Nurse Anesthesiology in 2014. She provides contract anesthesia work for Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute as well as working at Velvet Skyn Aesthetics.
Having a background as a Nurse Anesthesiologist has given her the tools and the training to be a knowledgeable, caring, detailed, and skilled aesthetics injector.
Lisa completed her aesthetics training in Michigan at Beautiphi Training Academy with Kelly Hermans, CRNA. She is continuously working on the most up to date products, procedures, and techniques in the aesthetics field whenever possible. Her goal is to provide you fresh, natural, healthy, glowing skin!
Lisa has been a resident of Olympia, WA since 2017 with her husband Ryan, and her two sons. She loves to spend time on her boat with her family during the summers and adventure to new places whenever able. She also loves to scuba dive, read, watch movies, and try new recipes!
Stephanie Mitchell
Nurse Practitioner
Stephanie is the calming, supportive expert at the heart of our Wellness Program. With a strong clinical background and a deep passion for helping others feel their best, she leads our services in medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, and pharmacy-grade nutraceuticals.

Kendra Kostick
Registered Nurse, Aesthetic Provider
Kendra has been a registered nurse since 2019. Kendra began attending Centralia College in 2015 and graduated from their nursing program with her BSN 4 years later. She began her career working on the inpatient surgical unit at Providence Hospital. While working at Providence, she grew increasingly passionate about patient education and nurturing the bond between provider and patient. After her time at Providence hospital, she was given the opportunity to pursue a career with Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute.
Kendra has since then been licensed in 6 states and had the opportunity to travel parts of the country as a nurse. Kendra met Velvet Skyn co-owner Lisa Krapp while working alongside her at PCLI. Lisa was a huge inspiration and helped Kendra reach her skincare goals with products and services at Velvet Skyn. Through this process, Kendra was inspired to pursue a career in aesthetic nursing.
When she's not working, Kendra enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé, Connor, and their beautiful dogs. She also loves cooking and a good book. Kendra prides herself on continuing her education in the nursing field and working to provide all her clients with the best products and procedures available.
Samantha Svestka
Licensed Master Esthetician
With a background in biology and a lifelong passion for skincare, Samantha brings a unique blend of scientific knowledge and genuine care to every treatment she performs. Her approach is deeply rooted in research and results—focusing on evidence-based techniques and medically driven outcomes to help clients achieve their skin goals.
Her technical expertise is complemented by a passion for continuous learning and professional growth, ensuring that she is always at the forefront of the latest skincare innovations. Samantha’s ability to integrate her scientific background with her warm, approachable nature, makes her a standout master esthetician. She takes the time to understand each client’s unique skin needs, offering customized treatments that are both effective and safe. Samantha’s methodical yet nurturing approach ensures optimal results with every service.
When Samantha is off the clock, she loves to spend time with her two cats (Olive and Juice), read books, and explore the beauty of the PNW. Samantha’s favorite services to perform are a good medium depth chemical peel and microneedling.
Kamryn Duffey
Reception & Social Media Assistant
Kamryn is the friendly face you’ll meet when you walk through the doors at Velvet Skyn! She graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Strategic Communications, where she developed a strong passion for social media, branding, and creative content creation. With a love for all things beauty and wellness, Kamryn is thrilled to combine her communication skills with her interest in digital media to help Velvet Skyn connect with clients in exciting new ways.
Kamryn’s enthusiasm, creativity, and warm personality make her a perfect fit for helping clients feel right at home while keeping our online presence fresh and inspiring.
When she’s not welcoming clients or crafting engaging social media content, Kamryn enjoys spending her free time reading, going to Pilates, and making memories with her friends and family. She’s eager to continue learning about the beauty and wellness industry and is excited to grow with the Velvet Skyn team.
