How It Works
Every wellness journey at Velvet Skyn begins with a Wellness Intake Visit — a dedicated medical appointment where your provider reviews your full health history, symptoms, and goals. This is not a sales consultation. It's a real clinical visit, and your provider's time and expertise are the service.
Your intake may be conducted by our RN or NP. If you're seeing our RN for intake, your clinical assessment and standing orders will be completed through a short video visit with our APRN before any medications are prescribed. This is a standard part of our compliance process and is included in your visit at no extra charge.
After your intake, ongoing care is structured around your needs — with visit options ranging from quick nurse check-ins to in-depth provider appointments. You'll always know what to expect and what it costs.

Our wellness program runs on a concierge medical model. You pay for your provider's time and your care, nothing more. There are no enrollment fees, no monthly subscriptions, and no packages you have to buy before getting started.
Every appointment requires a deposit at scheduling, which is applied directly toward your visit fee. In-person visits require a $100 deposit. Phone and video calls require a $50 deposit. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations.
We're always reachable. Quick questions are part of the relationship. When something needs more than a quick answer, we'll schedule a nurse call so you get the attention you deserve.
