Appointment Policy
All clients must check-in for their appointment 15 minutes prior to their scheduled time, to ensure all paperwork, face washing, and photos can be completed and the appointment starts on time. Failure to do so could result in a cancellation of the appointment and non-refundable no show/cancellation fees.
Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. Any client showing up more than 5 minutes past their scheduled appointment time will need to be rescheduled. No Exceptions. You will be charged a cancellation/no-show fee should this occur.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy
We have a 24 hour Cancellation / No Show Policy in place to ensure guests can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our providers’ time. Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels within 24 hours will have a non-refundable fee, 100% of the service price, up to $150 automatically charged to the card on file.
We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow the team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients, as well as valuing our team members’ time. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on services rendered.
Retail: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only. No refund on Gift Certificates purchases.
Children Policy
We love babies and children, however, we ask that you please make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all clients.
Pet Policy
Although we love animals, we ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit.
Should you arrive to an appointment with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our healthcare facility. To avoid any disruption or inconvenience, we ask that you please leave your pet at home.
Privacy Policy
At Velvet Skyn, we prioritize the protection and confidentiality of your personal information. We collect and utilize your data, including personal details and usage information, to enhance our services, process transactions, and communicate with you effectively. Your information will be held in our Electronic Medical Record System and our Client Relationship Management Software for operational purposes. Your information will only be shared if required by law. Personal and mobile data will never be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not transfer or share consumer data with any external organizations under any circumstances, even with consent. We have strict internal policies and technical safeguards in place to prevent unauthorized sharing or access to user data.
You have the option to manage your information and opt out of marketing communications. You can opt out of e-mail communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe links at the bottom of each e-mail.
