Montana Blackley

Owner, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesiologist (CRNA), Aesthetic Injector

She entered the medical field as a critical care nurse in 2009 and worked for 5 years before returning to school for her graduate degree at Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia in 2014. She has a passion for the details which has lent itself perfectly to the challenge of safely administering anesthesia as well as having an excellent understanding of anatomy, vasculature, and nervous system required to complete a comprehensive assessment and create a detailed treatment plan for your beauty goals.

When Montana started becoming interested in aesthetics she wanted to train with someone as passionate about science, research, techniques and results as herself. She found and trained at Beautiphi Training Academy with Kelly Hermans, CRNA, a nationally known aesthetic injector and trainer located in Michigan. Montana is confident in her training and is dedicated to continuing education and research in her aesthetic practice.

When not at work, Montana can be found having adventures with her husband Ben, two little girls, and their two goldendoodles. She enjoys being outside, hiking, riding her bike, reading books, and binging shows.

Lisa Krapp

Owner, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesiologist (CRNA), Aesthetic Injector

Born and raised in the Midwest, Lisa fell in love with helping people at a young age. She knew she belonged in healthcare and has been in the medical field for over 20 years. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2005, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2007, and a Masters in Nurse Anesthesiology in 2014. She provides contract anesthesia work for Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute as well as working at Velvet Skyn Aesthetics.

Having a background as a Nurse Anesthesiologist has given her the tools and the training to be a knowledgeable, caring, detailed, and skilled aesthetics injector.

Lisa completed her aesthetics training in Michigan at Beautiphi Training Academy with Kelly Hermans, CRNA. She is continuously working on the most up to date products, procedures, and techniques in the aesthetics field whenever possible. Her goal is to provide you fresh, natural, healthy, glowing skin!

Lisa has been a resident of Olympia, WA since 2017 with her husband Ryan, and her two sons. She loves to spend time on her boat with her family during the summers and adventure to new places whenever able. She also loves to scuba dive, read, watch movies, and try new recipes!

Hi, I’m Ally!

I’ve been a nurse for 10 years, with experience spanning emergency, OR, pediatrics, and wellness—so caring for people in all stages of life is truly my passion. I’m from Lacey and still completely in love with my high school sweetheart, Brent.

I’m a proud mom of two (plus two amazing bonus kiddos!) and a devoted cat mom. When I’m not working, you can usually find me spending time with family and friends—or enjoying a good spicy margarita every now and then.

I’m so excited to be part of the Velvet Skyn team and can’t wait to help our community feel confident, refreshed, and their very best—from the inside out!

With 18 years of experience as a nurse practitioner, I am driven by an unwavering dedication to optimizing health and wellness for every patient. My clinical approach is deeply inspired by the remarkable impact of hormones on overall vitality and quality of life. I also find great fulfillment in the art of aesthetics to help patients look and feel their absolute best.

Recently relocated from Florida to the beautiful landscapes of Washington, I spend my time outside the clinic exploring my new home alongside my husband and our fur-baby pack of three cats and two dogs.

Hi, I’m Olaniya — a licensed master esthetician specializing in advanced, results-driven skincare. I’m truly passionate about skin health and education, which led me to also become an esthetics instructor so I can continue growing in my craft while sharing that knowledge with others.

I offer customized treatments including medical-grade facials, chemical peels, laser rejuvenation, and precise brow shaping all tailored to support your unique skin goals. My approach is thoughtful and results-focused, while still creating a space where you can feel comfortable, relaxed, and cared for.

I believe great skincare is a balance of results, consistency, and trust. My goal is to help you feel confident in your skin while supporting you every step of the way. I look forward to meeting you and being part of your skincare journey.

MaryAnne Honeyman

Client Experience & Front Desk Coordinator

Meet MaryAnne, a friendly and bubbly individual. A bright personality and a dash of charm make her the first face you see at the front desk. She enjoys human connection more than anything, doing her absolute best to make your time with us a memorable experience for all.

She’s an avid reader and cooking is one of her go to hobbies (occasional hockey or baseball games are considered hobbies too right?). Her go to show is Ted Lasso and favorite movie is Jurassic Park. She has three cats with her husband and considers her family to be precious.

MaryAnne has been a part of the health and wellness community for three years now and has fallen madly in love with aesthetics. She truly enjoys learning and updating her wealth of knowledge on a constant basis. MaryAnne might be new to the team but she’s here to stay and slay.
